HaLf WaY ThErE

I'm officially hAlF way with my pregnancy!! It has seriously flown by and has been such an amazing expierence so far!! I'm so lucky i get to be blessed with our little princess!! its so crazy to think in about 4 1/2 months i will be a mommy to our sweet beautiful baby girl!! I felt brynlee kick on saturday (09/04/10) it was the most amazing thing ever! it brought a instant smile to my face and i couldn't wipe it off =) i feel her almost every day now, usually around lunch time.. I love it!! Bradon can't wait till he can start feeling her. He kisses her goodnight every night, sweetest daddy ever!

How far along: 20 wks

How Big:Brynlee weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now.also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana

Weight Gain: i made my goal.. first half nothing gained. down 1 pound still..

Stretch Marks: nothing new

Maternity Clothes: all maternity pants

Sleep: sleep has been great... no potty breaks , and pretty much sleeping threw the whole night, its been nice how cold it has gotten at nights.. definatly loving it!

Best Moment this Week: this week was very stressful, with her 20 wk u/s and long work week.. but we all know feeling her kick for the first time was the most AMAZING thing ever!!!

Food Cravings: french fries still.. yummmm

Food dislikes: mostly home made meals.. all i want to do is eat out..

Gender: baby girl

Movement: yay finally !! usually everyday around lunch time

What I miss: my energy mostly.. this week has been a sleepy one again!

Belly Button: its actually getting shallower, but its like showing worse threw my shirts, yuck

What I am looking forward to: feeling her kick more and more and the next 2 appointments coming up.. hopefully hearing some good news.

Milestone: she's swallowing more these days, which is good practice for her digestive system. she's also producing meconium, a black, sticky by-product of digestion. This gooey substance will accumulate in her bowels, and you'll see it in her first soiled diaper (some babies pass meconium in the womb or during delivery).
