Little Miss Sassy Pants,
How in the HECK are you almost 3 years old? I feel like yesterday i was becoming a mommy for the first time! You have 3 sHoRt ShoRt months left until your out of the TerRiBlE two's.. heheh.. Lets me honest here you established your sassiness a whole lot earlier then two.. But oh how i love that little personality you have.. Seriously i laugh everytime you do anything cause it reminds me exactly of myself.. Oh boy we're in trouble..

You had your check up with Dr Lei yesterday and it went wonderful! He was SOOO proud of you.. At your 2.5 month check up he wanted you to be potty trained by 3 and have maintained your weight of 36 lbs.. Well yesterday we were able to awww him, you have been potty trained for about 2 months now and rocking it.. ANNNDDD you lost 2 lbs and grew an inch.. You weigh 34 lbs even and 36.5 inches tall.. Which puts you in the perfectly normal bmi.. He was so proud and said your amazing , which we all knew already..
You are smarter then any two year old i've ever met.. You hold full on conversations and i swear you use bigger words sometimes then mommy even knows. haha
I wish we had a tape recorder on us all day everyday.. The things you say.. =))

You have the BIGGEEESSSTTT most SWEEETTTESSTTT heart ever! i like to think you got that from me =) hehe.. You are always reminding mommy how much you love her. When i pick you up from daycare you always tell me on the way home how much you missed me. You grab my face all the time and just lay a big ole fat one on me.. You appreciate the littlest things, which i hope you keep forever.. Grandma manuel brought you a daisy duck pez despenser and you would have thought you won the lottery, you were so dang excited and thankful! it melts everyones heart..
You have the best manners.. You always say please and thank you.
I swear you have A-d-d... Most say your just a 2 year old. haha but whatever it is you NEVER EVER sit still..
You eat pretty good.. Sometimes you'll eat your whole meal other times you'll take two bites and be done.. it's hit and miss.
You love to take pictures with mommy. your always asking if we can do funny faces.

I love you little girl! you really truely are my best friend. My heart is complete!

9 MoNtHs..

H9 Months old... Holy cow.. My baby girl is getting to dang big..

We had your 9 month check up yesterday, and all is looking perfect! You are growing up right before our eyes and learning so much. It's so amazing to me how much they learn this first year. You're still my cuddle bug and we both love nothing more then laying together all snuggled under a blanket.. Please stay this way forever =)

at your 9 month appt.:

You weighed in at a whopping 18.4lbs.. which is the 45 percentile
Your height was 26.7 which is the 25 percentile which makes those short chubby legs so kissable =)
Your head was 17.3 which is 50 percentile.

-You are eating 2-3 jars of baby food a day and eating whatever mommy daddy or sissy eat. just in little amounts. You LOVE LOVE LOVE food and will try anything.
-You are drinking 6 oz about 4-5 times a day.
-You usually take 2 naps a day. A shorter one in the morning and then your longer one around 2
-You are sleeping 11-13 hrs straight in your crib still.. AmAzInG!!
-You have the darkest hair that is filling right in. 
-You are in size 3 diapers still. May have to move to size 4 here soon. those thunder thighs are starting to get a little tight.
- You are wearing size 9 and 12 month clothing. You actually rocked at size 18 month shirt/tunic today.. =/ don't know how i feel about this 12 month thing... Even though i can dress you and sis matchy matchy now.. =))
-You still want to crawl forward but just look interest after two crawl forwards =) The dr said your legs are extremely strong and you should be just fine crawling/ and or walking... I think your very very timid.. We will get you standing by yourself and once you realize it or we let go you go to straight panic.. Complete opposite of brynlee.. It will be interesting to see when you start being more indepedant..
-Speaking of independent.. You are so shy/timid of alot of things.. If someone new comes up to you or we have you doing something your not use to you get super emotional or try to snuggle mom or daddy.. It's real cute right now but we do need to break this stranger danger/ emotional girl stage =))
-You're eyes are to die for. You have had compliments on them since day one, and i hope you never grow out of those big beautiful eyes!
- You have 3 teeth. Your two bottom ones and your top middle.. your trying to cut atleast 2 more. the dr said it looks real painful =( poor girl.
- Your still sooooo in love with your sister.. seriously though it melts my heart how much love you two have. i know i say this everytime but holy cow it just gets cuter and cuter everytime i see you two light up over each other.
- You are an amazing shopping buddy and go with the flow pretty nicely.. The only complaint is you're not one to sLeEp anywhere.. So if we are somewhere during your nap time we have to really convince you to take a nap.. You don't get mean or anything just a little out of it, kinda like you sleep with your eyes open. haha
- You say dada mama and then some blabbering =) You love to blow rasberries and slobber everywhere. Your first word was dada...
-You have quite the little personality.. I like to refer it to a little flirt.. You will stare at someone and then as soon as they give you attention you get all bashful.. You give little flirty eyes. I love it. When you get excited you throw your hands above your head and just smile and get all giddy.. Cutest thing ever!


I think i have touched on some of the major things i want to remember. You truely are perfect little girl.. It's crazy to think how much you've grown/changed in a short amount of time.. Your daddy and i were just talking about your colic stage and how crazy that was, but we made it through and now your the sleeping machine =) we love you more then you will ever know. You have made this family complete and we couldn't imagine our lives without your sweet dimple face in it!
