Here we are just a short 8 weeks away from meeting our little prince. Where the heck does time go. I still remember like it was yesterday talking about trying for number three and finding out we were expecting. This pregnancy for sure has been my hardest. I can't complain , cause compared to some it's a walk in the park., but comparing it to my other two he's been my hardest for sure. He kicks and moves non stop. He's starting to move alot more and you can watch my belly move from side to side , but when he kicks he power kicks. The other morning bradon and i were laying in bed after waking up and bennett had the hiccups. It was so cute and bradon was able to feel them too.
I have gained about 9 lbs this far. I'm really hoping to not gain more than 20 this go around. With both of my girls i weighed less after delivering them then i did when i got pregnant. I would love to make it that way with this little guy as well. I'm hoping to start nightly walks with the girls and bradon to help me keep the weight at bay and to help me progress once i reach 37 weeks.
Symptoms- My back and side have definitely been the most annoying. My back i'm sure is normal pregnancy pain, but it started acting up really early in the pregnancy so that's been no fun. My dang side is the worst. I literally feel like someone is stabbing me in the side after i sit for to long, which is hard with my job. Hoping all subsides once he is born. Heart burn is coming back , but mostly at night. I still can control it with some tums, i'm hoping it doesn't get worse
Braxton hicks are here and it really makes me sad that my period will be returning here shortly as well =( they remind me so much of period cramps.
I have been craving salads like crazy so that's been nice and i've been trying to get them as much as possible when the craving is there.
His room is just about done and i'm in love. I was really struggling with doing a little boys nursery. Bradon and i both don't love the whole sports baby theme, and not a fan of the navy blue deal. We found some ideas we loved and threw them all together and it's really coming together perfect. He's a pretty lucky boy =)
I had my glucose test on thursday and all went well there, I passed that and i'm not anemic this go around. so thats all good news. i scheduled the rest of my appointments till little mans delivery date. I can't believe we're in the home stretch!!
I can't beleive that in 6 short weeks i'll be full term with this little man.. thats 42 days away. I am so excited to witness life with a little boy. I have two fun showers planned, one my friends are throwing me ( i'm so blessed ) and one my amazing family is doing. My work has one planned for after baby B arrives. He is so loved already.
