14 weeks .. 2nd trimester... YaHoO

Welp, i'm offically in the 2nd trimester.. I asked my sister and she said techinally its 13 wks 3 days when you enter your 2nd trimester..
We had our second appointment with the doctors on Tuesday.. Everything went great.. I'm down .8 from last month ( yahoo ) and the babies heart beat was 156.. so dropped, but still saying girl =)The doctor said all my test from last appointment came back amazing and i'm going to have a "boring" pregnancy.. i wouldn't say boring, id say AmAzIng!!! Next week is the BiG day!!! we're going in to find out what the stink butt is.. well hopefully , that's if babes cooperates. so keep your fingers crossed.. =)




How far along: 14 weeks.

How Big: From head to bottom, babe measures 3 1/2 inches — about the size of a lemon — and he weighs 1 1/2 ounces

Weight Gain: down .8

Stretch Marks: nothing new


Maternity Clothes: yup. some are comfortable and some are REAL annoying!!!

Sleep: i literally have opposite weeks of sleep. one week its horrible and then the next week its pretty good. this one has been good.. just one time potty breaks and right back to bed i go

Best Moment this Week: of course the dr's visit, and hearing there sweet little heartbeat

Food Cravings: sweets, that's about it =)

Food dislikes:still meat.

Gender: one week to go =)

Movement: nothing yet. can't wait though

What I miss: wearing my cute buckle pants.. =(

Belly Button: looking normal. i don't think it will ever pop.. its so deep..

What I am looking forward to: finding out the sex of our adorable baby

Milestone: This week's big developments: Your baby can now squint, frown, grimace, pee, and possibly suck his thumb! Thanks to brain impulses, his facial muscles are getting a workout as his tiny features form one expression after another. His kidneys are producing urine, which he releases into the amniotic fluid around him — a process he'll keep up until birth. He can grasp, too, and if you're having an ultrasound now, you may even catch him sucking his thumb.
