16 wks

Awww 16 weeks. can't believe in one month i'll be half way through this pregnancy already. I also can't believe i'm going to have 2 little girls. haha awww my house is so full of sass with bryn and i , i can only imagine how it's going to be. haha =) love it..

How far along? 16 wks 2 days

Size of Baby?an avacado

Maternity clothes? Yes and no. I still fit into a couple of my normal pants with an elastic band, but maternity pants are definatly more comfy on my belly. normal shirts

Weight Gain? as of this morning i'm up 6.5 lbs. 

Sleep: I have on and off days. It's definatly been better, but some nights i still need my unisom.

 Best moment this week:  Picking out our sweet baby girls name and putting together her dresser, or and buying her bedding =)

Movement: Nothing that i can say i know FOR SURE , but i THINK i've felt some flutters. hopefully soon =)

Food cravings: with the cravings i've had i'm surprised i haven't gained more. Mcdonalds big macs, chicken tortilla soup,french fries,ranch. Bad i know.

Anything making you queasy or sick: still the thought of chicken makes me sick

Labor Signs: no way. and hopefully not for a long long time!

Symptoms : i have really bad headaches, and just my lower back pain.

It'S a......??

GiRL!!! EeeEEkkk.. We're so excited to announce that we're having another little PrInCeSs ( a tad late in blog world ) We went and found out the sex of our little peanut on 06/21/12  at 10 am. It was just Bradon,Brynlee and myself that went and then we we're having a gender reveal party later that night.. I don't know why i just felt that the little stink wasn't going to show us what we needed to see and sure enough she was being a littler stinker. The unbilical cord was in between her legs the whole time so they we'ren't sure what was going on there, and she was moving sooo much they couldn't get a steady shot of her. She finally moved the cord out of the way and got a shot where she said she was 90% sure it was a GirL.. We we're a little hesitate to go on with the party, but figured 90% is pretty positive ( with Bryn we we're told they we're 200% positive) haha. So we had the party that night and had a bunch of our family and friends over to reveal the news too. It was alot of fun and we appreciate everyones love and support,,


We got to go back on that next wednesday to try and get a better shot, they let you go back as much as needed until they can tell you 100%. So we went back in and right away they went to her little butt and the cord was inbetween her legs again, they shook my belly and then they got her to move and got tons of shots of her GirLynEsS =) She has the most precious little profile and definatly is like her sister that can't sit still. I just love the thought of having two little girls that will be pretty much exactly 2 years apart and can play and do everything together ( hopefully ) i have always loved having a sister and wouldn't trade them for a brother any day =) It works out perfect having a little girl so close to bryn's birthday cause now we dont HAVE to buy really anything but nursery stuff. All her stuff is in perfect condition and i'm so excited to be able to reuse all of it.

My BABY is 18 MoNthS

I guess i can't really call her a BaBy anymore,even though she will always be MY bAbY girl... I cannot beleive how big and smart little miss Brynlee is. Everyday is something new with her and she seems to amaze everyone with her smart little ways. She is so polite, she says Bless you when you sneeze and Excuse you when you cough ,toot,or burp haha. It is really the most precious thing ever! She knows when to say please and thank you too =) The girl can talk your ear off all day, from just blabbers, to singing, to full on words/conversations. My favorite thing is when she takes my phone and "calls" daddy while at work, it goes something like this " hi dadda, yes, no,yesss,, ummmmm, don't know.. love u byyyy." hahah . it's so cute and just melts both of our hearts. We had her 18 month check up today. The Dr. is amazed with how much she talks and how alert she is. Her measurement's we're WEIGHT- 24.4 pds 50th Percentile HEIGHT- 31.5 inches 60th percentile, and head 18 3/4 inches 90th percentile ( hence the big brains the dr said ) =) she has been in the 50th percentile in weight from her very first dr's appt our Dr. said that is amazing.
She knows almost every animal noise known to man kind, it makes me laugh listening to her make all the noises with her daddy. Her daddy teaches her almost everything she knows , i can't take half the credit =) I did teach her " who loves you" and she answer "mOmMa" ahah daddy didn't like that one very much =)

I swear you have ADD, you cannot sit still for the life of you. You love big open space where you can just run free, anthing enclosed or where you have to sit on my lap, you are not having it.
You love love love your cousins more then anything in the world, and you told me today that gagey is your boyfriend =)
You still sleep like a champ, bed time is anywhere from 8-9 p.m. and you sleep pretty much 12 hrs from when you go down.. AmAzInG!!
Your down to one nap a day, usually around 1 o clock and it last anywhere from 1.5 to 3.5 hrs =)
Your wearing 2t's in shirts and 18 months in bottoms. Skinny little butt =)
You wear size 4 in diapers and are quite the monster when changing now, you just wanna run around naked..
You hate shoes still to this day, and will pretty much just wear them when we're out walking, as soon as your in the car or a house they are off.. Just like your mommy!! daddy wear's shoes until he gets into bed.
You love wagon rides, everytime we go into the garage you jump into your wagon.
You are obsessed with cheese. Every meal you HAVE to have cheese.
Your new favorite meat is sausage. Thanks to Kodiak for sharing his with you =)
You have ALL of your teeth and have for a little over a month now.
You lay on mommys tummy and kiss it non stop. your going to be the sweetest big sister EVER!!!
You LOVE daycare and every morning you wake up and say "dAyCaRe??"
You've found a new love for coloring. Mommys work calander is covered in your art, and our doors and walls got some lovin as well =)


I definatly can see all of your SaSs coming out, every time we ask you to do something you say NO MAMA and run away, i can't help but laugh.. bad i know. You are such a girl and will sit and mommys vanity and spray your perfume on and do your hair and make up every morning =) i love having a little mini me around and wouldn't trade it for the world! i love you soo much Brynlee Jo Jo and cannot beleive how big and beautiful you are. You are the light of mommy and daddy's world and cannot wait to have another little girl hopefully she comes out just like you, AN ANGEL!!

We Made it to the second trimester!! WaHOOOOO..Hopefully my energy starts creaping back .. Cause i've sure missed it..  Other then headaches i've been feeling alot better lately. I cannot believe this saturday we get to find out ( hopefully ) what our little sweet pea is.. Bradon and i both think boy, this pregnancy has just been so different , so that's what we're going off, and brynlee says sister.. So we'll see =)

• How far along: 14 wks

•  How Big: size of a lemon =) 

•  Weight Gain: This morning i was up 6. i have a dr's appt tommorrow so we'll see what they show

•  Maternity Clothes: Just pants. I rock non maternity shirts as long as possible

•  Sleep: Still have insomnia really bad. It makes waking up at 4 a.m. WAY worse then it already is.. BooOO

•  Best Moment this Week: Getting all the stuff for our gender party.

•  Food Cravings: Skittles and chicken tortilla soup

 

•   Food dislikes: Still chicken.. I tried chik fil a with my mom the other day and it just was BLLAAHHH

•  Gender: 4 more days OMG... awwwww

•  Movement: I could have sworn i felt a little flutter the other day, but i never felt anything again.. so i'm thinking it wasn't baby, with brynlee i never felt the flutters, she full on sucker punched me, so there was no questioning her movements

•  What I miss: Just my energy still, some days i'm good others i'm completely drained.

•  Belly Button: Still the same..

•  What I am looking forward to: Our dr appt tommorrow and gender reveal on saturday =)

13 wks

Well I guess i will finally start my weekly surverys.. I have been told SOOOO many due dates i feel like i don't even know when i'm due. haha.. the last 2 u/s measured baby at 01/15/13 so i might have to have one more on july 18th to get the final due date.. Being pregnant with your second is SOOOO different then your first.. With Brynlee it was seriously ALL i thought about all day everyday, of course i'm estatic and cannot wait,but with a 18 month you don't really have a minute to think of anything but what she wants/ is doing. So in other words it's going by pretty fast . I can't beleive in 12 short days i get to find out what this little pumpkin is.. I seriously cannot wait.. It's hard not being able to start cleaning out the babies room and getting it all primed and ready to do PiNk or BlUe. haha.. but with me working from home i have to have the office in there and tidy until the office downstairs is finished, so i'm hoping and praying that by 25 wks ATLEAST the office will be done and we can start painting and getting the babies room all cleaned out. Brynlee has been obsessed with coming up to me lifting up my shirt and kissing my belly, it seriously melts my heart! She's going to be the best big sister!! I Cannot believe she is 18 Months this month and the baby is due in 6 months =) awww sooo crazy..

• How far along: 13 wks

•  How Big: size of a peach .. awww getting so big =)

•  Weight Gain: i've gained 5 pds from the day i found out i was prego and 0 from my first dr's appt

•  Maternity Clothes: Yes i have some maternity pants and dresses i like to wear. I get mad love handles when i get prego, it's weird i like grow wide instead of out.

•  Sleep: I have the worst night time insomnia, i could nap all day long, but once bedtime comes around my mind doesn't turn off

•  Best Moment this Week: Getting our gender reveal invites and scheduling our appt

•  Food Cravings: Dr. pepper ,chicken tortilla soup and french fries

 

•   Food dislikes: I'm not loving food to much lately! mostly chicken freaks me out

•  Gender: 11 more days.. =)

•  Movement: nothing yet.. I'm hoping i feel this baby sooner then i did with brynlee,one because it's my second and two because they move like CRAZY for all there u/s lately

•  What I miss: my energy.. hopefully since i'm getting out of the first tri it starts coming back.. it's hard being prego with an 18 month old

•  Belly Button: Still the same..

•  What I am looking forward to: our appt on the 18 and our gender reveal on the 21st =)

4th of July FuN...

We started out our day with the West Jordan parade. The kids loved getting all the candy , i think brynlee ate the most , she's like her mommy and can't stop =) Brynlee LOVES nothing more then playing with her cousins! her little face just lights up when we tell her we're going to play with them. We went home and ate some delicous scone cutters then brynlee took an 3.5 hr nap!! that girl LOVES her sleep and i LOVE that she does =) haha. Later that day my family ( minus mom and dad , there on a cruise, suckers ) came over for a pool party, little kimberlee and gage we're quite the fishy's.. Krew and Brynlee sat in there floaties and played so good.. I love how close in age they are!! Shirley grilled up some hamburgers and hotdogs and we all pigged out on good bbq food =) i made these cute chocolate covered strawberry's and these drinks, they turned out so cute, and yummy too!! After dinner we went over to my parents house to do fireworks cause they we're not allowed in our neighborhood this year due to the fire's we've had. Brynlee is a little skeptical at first with the loud noise but within seconds she's loving them and saying WOWWWW.. =) We had a great day and it was really nice having the day off, but it definatly threw my week day off!! Hope everyone had a fun 4th =)

BaBy UpDaTe

So i've been a total slacker with my weekly post. But honestly i don't know how far along i am. Haha with me being on birth control when i got pregnant my EDD is all messed up.. I went in for my first appt on june 15th and we got to see our precious baby. Going off my last period my EDD was January 8th, but according to babies measurements it's january 19th, Yes 5 days before Brynlee's =) haha.. I have a tilted uterus so when they do ultra sounds my bladder pretty much takes up the whole screen until the baby gets bigger, Plus i had a full bladder for my pee test after my appt. So my dr couldn't get a good measurement of the baby cause my bladder was shadowing the little peanut so much. She wants me to come in next week ( 06/26) to get an ultra sound again with an empty bladder to get my exact EDD. With her measurements i'm at 9 wks 4 days today. Slowly but surely getting to the 2nd trimester.. this pregnancy so far has been night and day compared to brynlee's.. I have been ALOT sicker and soo exhausted. It may be i have an 18 month old and wake up at 3:45 a.m for work everyday haha but all i know is this pregnancy is kicking my butt. I always thought pregnancy was the easiest thing in the world cause of my expierence with bryn, but this baby is showing me what pregnancy symptoms are. =) haha.. My gut feeling is it's a boy, just cause everything is so different, brynlee and i say it's cause girls rule boys drool =) j/k.. Bradon would die if it were a boy so i hope i can give him his little boy since i got my little Princess already. I cannot wait to find out what it is so we can start planning there nursery. I already have idea's for a boy and a girl , bradon just laughs and says he doesn't want to discuss it till he knows the sex, such a party pooper =) We are finishing our basement ( well most of it) so we can have the extra bedroom upstairs for baby and move my office downstairs. So that will be so nice having another frontroom downstairs to put all the baby stuff so it's not all packed upstairs in our frontroom . Hopefully by next week i will know where i stand in weeks and i can start doing the fun post, i really enjoy looking back on brynlee's and seeing how i felt that week compared to now. And i like looking at the pictures of my belly changing, but holy cow i had a rocking mullet when i was prego with bryn. Hahaha.. Ill leave you with a picture of my 2 precious babies.
