MoMmY LiFe

Here i am sitting in bed by my self while the husband is at some fights with his friends and my girls are sound asleep in there beds, and holy cow the t hings running through my head.. I felt like i needed to write it all down or just express my feelings..

The last two months bradon and I's work has been extremely backed up, it's been bad since the end of last year but just recently they have really really been pushing us to work overtime.. They finally came up with some kind of money incentive that if we work 12 hrs of overtime every week for 2 months we would get a monthly bonus of 750$ for sept and then another 750$ for october.. How the heck could we pass that up, that was an extra 3000$$ between the two of us.. Holy cow are we feeling it and thanking the lord that this is our last week.. Being a mom is my number one and this has really made being just that so extremely hard. I have had numerous break downs and finally just end up clocking out for the day trying to figure out when i will get my OT in.. This last week i was suppose to work 12 and on friday i had already had my full 40 hrs when i clocked in for the day.. At 12:30 i decided i was done for the week and i wasn't working 1 more hour. Bryton and i went shopping and spent way to much money on her and brynlee for winter clothes.. It felt so good to be off at a normal time again and just be with my girls.. My amazing hardest working husband on the other hand, holy cow i don't know how he does it all.. He amazes me so much with his abilitys to keep calm and not want to cry/scream like i do. haha.. He has been working not just the required 12 hours but on average he was knocking out 22+ hrs A WEEK.. Yes he was working around 62 hrs a freaking week plus going to school plus going to his MMA gym plus being an AMAZING father and husband and still getting a 4.0 in college...  I tell you people he's amazing. What all this has come to make me realize is 1- money is NOT everything.. Holy cow i'd rather be poor then ever have to make my husband or myself work that much... family time is way more important and much better on my stress level. haha and 2- we adapt to life changes really well, as packed as our life was if we had something come up in the week we were able to work a 13 hr day then be able to just work a shorter shift the next so we could still do family things.. Bradon and I make a great team ;)  It's hard cause work is definatly starting to wear me out and i feel like i'm not going anywhere in my department.. It's just the PERFECT mom job ever.. I pick my own hours, my girls get to stay home and sleep in as long as they want, and i get to be home with my girls.. When bradon left my department it was the best thing for him... He made amazing money on claims cause he's such a hard hard worker and when he left it definatly took us awhile to figure out income again but now i'm so thankful he moved when he did.. He has so much growth in his dept and when he gets his degree he's got that much more! i'm so extremely proud of him!  Starting october 6th we shouldn't have to work like crazy animals anymore and i'm literally counting down the days to just work a normal 8 hr day again.. I love my girls more then life itself and i couldn't imagine working these kind of hours everyday.. Props to parents that do...

I'm just feeling extremly blessed and relieved knowing that hard work does pay off and that we only have 2 months till disney land.. say what. haha =)

and just some pictures to go with this long blabbering much needed post =))
